Why I Founded Onward
I founded Onward Insurance Strategy after repeatedly seeing insurance transformation initiatives struggle—not because technology failed, but because underwriting strategy, operational processes, and execution were never fully aligned.
Over the years, I watched underwriting logic, decision frameworks, and operational workflows become secondary to technology implementation. Systems were modernized before the business was fully defined. Processes were digitized without being improved. Data was layered onto fragmented operations. The technology worked. The transformation often did not.
That recurring pattern inspired me to create Onward Insurance Strategy: a boutique advisory firm focused on helping insurance organizations bridge the gap between underwriting strategy and operational execution with practical, business-driven solutions.
